ShowEmail 0.1.0

description:
Prepare an EMail (To, Subject, Content, Attachments) and show it in an installed MailClient
- Windows: 1st try Outlook (using OLEObjects), then any other default EMailClient (using ShowURL)
- OSX: 1st try Mail.app (using AppleScript), then any other default EMailClient (using ShowURL)

Known Issues:
- Attachment(s) only work on Win/Outlook, OSX/Mail.app, but not when using ShowURL as last try.
